Texas PTA Reflections Program

The goal of the Reflections program is participation, not winning. Although the program follows a contest format, winning is not the emphasis. All children have the ability to create a work of art through visual arts, photography, literature and music composition. This program allows for them to have a chance to experiment and feel good about their artistic expression.
